Just a note for those of you writing to Patricia via her agent,

Now is the time of year to vote for Holby City for best drama
in the National Television Awards. Text NTA DRA16 to 80128
to register your vote. Hopefully, Patricia will be up for
most popular actress next year!

As previously mentioned, Patricia is currently taking questions
on the Holby City 'Ask The Actors' message
board. Given recent events it now appears that her replies,
which were due today, have now been delayed to 15th July.
I will of course let you know if this changes and all those
replies will be posted here once published.
For those of you wondering whether or not tonight's episode
of Holby City will be shown, it's my understanding that it
will be shown as normal.
I'm going to be undertaking another redesign of the site soon
putting some super-snazzy new design skills to the test fro
the first time. Please send me an email

Further to Monday's news, it is with regret that I have to
report Laura Sadler died this afternoon in hospital. I'm sure
Patricia would want me to pass on her condolences to Laura's
family, our thoughts are with them at this time, as well as
with Patricia and the rest of the Holby City team.

No Patricia in Holby City tonight, the attention being on
Art Malik's first appearance in the series, however she will
be back next week. I do have the screencaps from last week's
episode up now though, all 38 of them can be found here,
Thanks to Lotty for pointing out that Shakespeare In Love
can be seen this Saturday at 9.10pm on BBC2. I've never seen
the film before, but here's our chance to see Patricia in
her, err,'seminal', role as 'Third Whore'!

Sad news this morning is that Patricia's Holby City co-star
Laura Sadler, who plays nurse Sandy, is critically ill in
hospital after an incident on Sunday morning in which she
fell 40 feet from a balcony. For further details, here's the

Hi Dan, Tish Potter here. I just wanted to say that I'm
so impressed by what you've done with this website.. have
been meaning to write to you for a while to say how very flattered
I am. Sorry not to have been able to be more involved but
as Pippa explained, I have been snowed under at work this
year.. and anyway, you seem to be doing an amazing job without
my help! If we're being picky, I went to LAMDA (London school
of music and dramatic art) as opposed to RADA but apart from
that you seem to know me pretty well! Was very amused to read
that I have had a son.. news to me!!
I read the message board, and would you mind passing on my
thanks to everyone who has been so kind about Diane and Holby..
it really is fantastic to read such positive feedback as we
do all try really hard here to make the show as good as it
can be, and the comments that I read on your website made
me very happy.
Thankyou again, and I'll keep checking in on the website every
now and then to see what other great stuff you've come up
with.. oh, and to see whether I've had any more children of
course!!

Not so much Patricia in tonight's Holby City, but at least
we got to see a) Diane looking cheerful for a change, and
b) Diane in a gorgeous evening dress! Screencaps will follow
as soon as I receive them, but in the meantime I've added

Received an anonymous email from someone this morning saying
they didn't think Patricia has ever had a baby, but she does
have a boyfriend called John (see rumour
mill). I would have followed it up but their return email
addres bounced!
I'm looking for some new wallpapers for the, err, wallpapers
section! If you want to have a go at creating some you
can email them
to me and I'll put them on the site.

Patricia continues to put in superb Holby City performances,
tonight being no exception with more emotion packed acting.
Mind you, I think she's deserved a lighter storyline now and
a little bird tells me it won't be long before romance is
back in the air...

I've also got 18 (!) new signed photos of Patricia, 1 Holby
City and 17 Brookside. I think it's safe to say I've preety
much cornered the market now! I've moved all the autographs
to their own dedicated
page.

April has started a new Patricia Potter group
over at Yahoo! This is the 4th such group I'm aware of, including
our own.
More on the links page.
Patricia was centre of attention in Holby City this week,
once again demonstrating her superb acting ability. Screencaps
for this episode should be up next week.

section for stories relating to characters played by Patricia.

A sixth autographed Holby City photo is now up in the misc
gallery. Patricia wasn't in Holby City so much this week,
however you don't have to be a genius to see what story her
scenes were setting up! Suffice to say, Diane is a central
character next week.

The Brookside video clips are now up on the Video
page. I've sorted them into chronological order and they provide
a nice summary of Patricia's highlights in the series.

As you can see, I've added a touch of colour to the site!
I've also created a Yahoo!
Group called 'We Love Tish!' which we can use for general
chat, posting pictures and such like. You'll also see a new
link for a 'Video' page. I have some RealMedia clips of Patricia
in Brookside which should appear there sometime tomorrow.
I'm thinking about adding a fan fiction page to feature stories
involving characters Patricia has played. If I can get a few
contributions together I'll set this up. If you have anything
you would like to contribute, please send me an email.

Another signed Holby City photo arrived at PPHQ this morning.
This one's a bit different though as Patricia signed it 'Tish
Potter'. You can check it out in the misc
gallery.
Just a note about the guestbook. Please
don't include your personal address or phone number in your
posts. For your own safety I am unable to post these to the
site. If you wish to send a personal email to Patricia, please
use the address patricia@patriciapotter.co.uk.
I will forward these to her agent once a month, but can't
guarantee she'll receive them or reply to you in any way.

A dramatic episode for Diane Lloyd in tonight's Holby City
which required some very emotional acting by Patricia. She
handled it with ease of course and 30 screencaps are now up
in the new May gallery.
The drama doesn't end here either, keep watching Holby City
as Diane's storyline takes another dramatic twist next week!
My screencapper, Shewolf,
will be taking a much needed holiday over the next 2 episodes
of Holby City, but I'll keep the coming episodes on tape and
the galleries will be brought up to date again at the end
of the month. Of course, if any become available from other
sources (perhaps you wish to contribute?) I'll be sure to
put them online.
We have a new rumour at the bottom of the trivia
page. It would be great news if it were true, but there's
no evidence to back it up at all. Maybe you would like to
enlighten us, Patricia? :)
